Fazzio Law squared-circle emblem FAZZIO LAWBoise, Idaho

Fazzio Law represents creditors, businesses, and property owners in collection matters across Idaho, from the demand letter through suit, judgment, and the enforcement of a judgment once it is entered: liens, garnishments, and the other tools Idaho law provides.

Each matter starts with whether the debt can actually be recovered. The firm offers a free collectibility assessment before either side commits, so no one spends money pursuing a judgment that cannot be paid.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does the free collectibility assessment involve?+

A public-records review of the debtor: assets, liens, litigation history, and warning signs such as bankruptcy. You get a plain answer about whether pursuit makes economic sense.

What does a contingent fee mean here?+

The firm's fee is 30 percent of what is actually recovered, calculated net of expenses and set out in a written agreement before work begins. If nothing is recovered, there is no fee. Qualification depends on the collectibility assessment.
