Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026
Frank Fazzio Law, PLLC, referred to here as the firm, respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information the firm collects through frankfazziolaw.com, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. This policy applies to the website and to matter-related SMS described below. It does not replace the firm's professional and ethical obligations for information received in the course of representing a client.
Information the firm collects
The firm collects two kinds of information through this website. The first is information you provide directly. When you complete the contact form, you provide your name and email address, and, if you choose, your telephone number, the general type of matter, and a brief description of your situation. The firm receives whatever you choose to enter. The second is information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider record basic technical information when you visit, which may include your internet protocol address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. The site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and, if analytics are enabled, to understand how visitors use the site.
How the firm uses information
The firm uses the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether the firm can assist you, and to communicate with you about your message. The firm uses automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve the website.
How information is shared
The firm does not sell your personal information, and it does not share that information for advertising purposes. The firm may share information with service providers that operate the website and process form submissions on the firm's behalf, such as the firm's website host. The firm may also disclose information where required by law, by court order, or to protect the firm's legal rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you provide a mobile number to Frank Fazzio Law, PLLC (also referred to as Fazzio Law) during intake, engagement, or scheduling, the firm may use that number to send matter-related text messages about your legal matter. Those messages may include appointment reminders, status updates, document requests, and similar client-care communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
The firm does not sell mobile phone numbers. The firm does not share mobile numbers or SMS messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only for the firm's own matter-related communications and with service providers that help the firm deliver those messages (such as the firm's messaging provider).
To opt out of SMS, reply STOP to any message from the firm. For help, reply HELP or call +1 208-279-7568. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive email or phone calls about your matter. More detail on how clients consent is at frankfazziolaw.com/sms.
Cookies and analytics
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some parts of the site may not function as intended if cookies are disabled. If the site uses an analytics service, that service collects usage information subject to its own privacy practices.
Data retention
The firm keeps inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your message and to address any matter that follows from it, and otherwise consistent with the firm's records management practices.
Security
The firm takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, however, and the firm cannot guarantee absolute security. Please read the note below before sending sensitive information.
A note about confidential information
Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm treats descriptions submitted through the contact form as confidential and holds them unread until it completes a conflict check on the parties identified in the submission; documents sent by email are held unopened the same way. Please do not send account numbers or other sensitive identifiers until the firm asks for them.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
The firm may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
