SMS / Text Messaging
Public summary for clients and messaging-compliance reviewers. Effective date: September 14, 2026
Frank Fazzio Law, PLLC (Fazzio Law) uses text messaging only for matter-related client care: appointment reminders, status updates, document requests, and similar communications about an existing or pending legal matter. This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.
How clients consent (opt-in)
Consent is collected when a client already provides a mobile number for matter updates, typically during:
- Intake or the initial consultation discussion;
- Signing or reviewing an engagement agreement; or
- Scheduling appointments or other matter logistics.
Consent may be verbal or written. The firm explains that texts will be used for matter updates, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that the client can reply STOP to opt out. SMS is optional and is not a condition of receiving legal services.
Optionally, a person may also opt in by texting START to +1 208-279-7568.
What messages look like
Messages identify Fazzio Law and relate to the client's matter. Day-to-day texts rely on Twilio keyword handling for STOP and HELP; sample messages submitted for carrier review may mention STOP once for clarity.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel SMS. Reply HELP for help, or call +1 208-279-7568. Privacy practices for mobile numbers: Privacy Policy. Messaging consent language: Terms of Use.
Non-sharing of mobile numbers
The firm does not sell mobile numbers and does not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
